De mi consideración yo tengo el agrado de dirigirme a USTED con el fin de comunicarle lo siguiente 
Presentó propuesta una de integración ferroviaria y carretera en NORTE-SUR AMÉRICA
PRESENTACIÓN Sería un gran corredor vial y ferroviario que conectará de OTTAWA (CANADÁ) a USHUAIA (TIERRA DE FUEGO-ARGENTINA), hoy con tecnología moderna  no es mas   utopía y si realidad construir puentes  de 150 km .

1) AUTO PISTA TRANS AMERICA NORTE SUL estaría acompañada de una vía férrea adjunta; la carretera como el ferrocarril aprobará la autopista  existente de OTTAWA (CANADÁ) -NUEVA YORK (EE. UU.) -WASHINGTON-MIAMI (FLORIDA-EE. UU.), seguiría una línea de puentes  en las ISLAS DEL CARIBE desde MIAMI a CUBA , HAITÍ / DOMINICANA, PORTO RICO, ANTIGUA, SÃO MARTINHO, MONTSERRAT, GUADELOUPE, DOMINICA, MARTINICA, BARBADOS, SÃO VICENTE, GRANADA, TRINIDAD E TOBAGO, conectando PUERTO ESPAÑA(TRINIDAD TOBAGO) con PEDERNALES).
LA AUTO ESTRADA seguiría la ruta existente a PUERTO ORDAZ, SANTA ELENA (VENEZUELA) / PACARAIMA (RR) BRASIL por la carretera BR 174 a BOA VISTA RR, MANAUS AM, NOVO ARIPUANÃ MT, COLNIZA MT, CÁCERES MT, CORUMBÁ (MS-BRASIL ), ASUNCIÓN (PARAGUAY), por la carretera argentina 11 a BUENOS AIRES (ARGENTINA) y la carretera 3 a USHUAIA (TERRA DO FOGO-ARGENTINA).
 FERROVIA acompañaría  la conexión en auto principalmente en RAMAL 1 o PRINCIPAL PEDERNALES, PUERTO ORDAZ, SANTA ELENA (VENEZUELA) / PACARAIMA (RR-BRASIL), BOA VISTA, MANAUS, NOVO ARIPUANÃ, COLNIZA, ARIPUANÃ, JUÍNA, TANGARÁ DA SERRA , CÁCERES MT, CORUMBÁ MS BRASIL, CONCEPCIÓN (PARAGUAY), ASSUNÇÃO (PARAGUAY), CLORINDA (ARGENTINA), FORMOSA, RESISTENCIA, desde donde se utilizarían los trazados de rieles a SANTA FÉ-ROSARIO, BUENOS AIRES desde donde se conectará a través de un túnel a los parques RETIRO-PLAZA CONSTITUCIÓN, seguir BAHÍA BLANCA, SAN ANTONIO OESTE, desde donde USHUAIA después.
El ferrocarril mixto de aguas  para trenes de alta velocidad y trenes de carga
RAMAL II desde PEDERNALES (VENEZUELA) a GEORGETOWN (GUAYANA), PARAMARIBO (SURINAME), CAIENA (GUAYANA FRANCESA), OIAPOQUE (AP-BRASIL), MACAPÁ, ISLA MARAJÓ, BELÉM PA, SÃO LUIZ MA, TERESINA PI, SOBRAL CE FORTALEZA CE, NATAL RN, JOÃO PESSOA PB, RECIFE PE, MACEIÓ AL, ARACAJU SE, SALVADOR BA VITÓRIA ES, RIO DE JANEIRO, SÃO PAULO, CURITIBA PR, FLORIANÓPOLIS SC, PORTO ALEGRE RS, CHUÍ (RS BRAZIL) MONTEVIDEO(URUGUAY) .

PARAMARIBO (SURINAME) a SANTARÉM (PA-BRASIL) -CUIABÁ CAMPO GRANDE MS, PONTA PORÃ / PEDRO JUAN CABALLERO (BRASIL-PARAGUAY), ASUNCIÓN, CORRIENTES BUENOS AIRES Y RAMAL V a POSADAS-BUENOS AIRES.
RAMAL VI de MANAUS AM BRASIL a PORTO VELHO (RO) BRASIL, GUAJARÁ MIRIM (FRONTEIRA BRASIL BOLÍVIA) TRINIDAD, SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA, para seguir EL FERROCARRIL SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA SALTA-TUCUMAN BUENOS AIRES RAMÁJARAL VIERAL VI. LA PAZ-ARICA SANTIAGO DE CHILE
CONCLUSIONES el ferrocarril adoptaría un sistema de ancho de vía de 1,60 metros

A RODOVIA A  PANAMERICANA ,a mais extensa  do mundo tem  aproximadamente 20.000 km de SANTIAGO DE CHILE a ANCHORAGE(ALASKA-ESTADOS UNIDS DE AMÉRICA), O   EX PRESIDENTE DE CHILE AUGUSTO PINOCHET UGARTE ,fazer  a sua continuação  A  RODOVIA AUSTRAL DE CHILE ate PUNTA ARENAS en el ESTREITO DE MAGALHÃES.  

AS MINHAS SUGESTÕES
Propongo a onstrução de UMA FERROVIA PANAMERICANA com caráter misto tanto para cargas como trens de passageiros tipo ALTA VELOCIDADE  que correríam a 400 km por hora ,o que intensificaría o comercio e el turismo .seria de bitola larga de 1,60 metros
A FERROVIA PANAMERICANA tería 25.000 km ,
iniciaría em   USHUAIA(TERRA DO FOGO-ARGENTINA) ,cruzaría em ponte o  ESTREITO DE MAGALHÃES e chegaría a PUNTA ARENAS(CHILE) ,seria extendida ate  PUERTO MONTT onde seguiría pelos trilhos já existentes a SANTIAGO DE CHILE, ANTOFAGASTA, IQUIQUE, ARICA(CHILE); sendo prolongado pelo PERU  a TACNA,ILO,MOLLENDO,ICA ,NAZCA,LIMA EL CALLAO,TRUJILLO,CAJAMARCA ate chegar a GUAYAQUIL(EQUADOR) conectando a FERROVIA ECUATORIANA  GUAYAQUIL-QUITO-ESMERALDA ficando  próxima a distancia de ESMERLDA(EQUADOR) a PASTO (COLÔMBIA ) para conectar ,em  PASTO se conectaría ao sistema ferroviario colombiano já existente PASTO-POPAYAN-CALI-BOGOTÁ-MEDELLIN; sendo necessario prolongar por AMÉRICA CENTRAL de MEDELLIN  a TURBO,PANAMÁ,SAN JOSÉ(COSTA RICA),MANAGUA(NICARAGUA), TEGUCIGALPA(HONDURAS),URSULATAN(EL SALVADOR) .onde encontraría O GRANDE  RAMAL  JÁ  EXISTENTE URSULATÁN-SAN SALVADOR(EL SALVADOR)-GUATEMALA-OAXACA(MÉXICO)-CUIDAD DE MÉXICO-GUADALAJARA-TIJUANA(MÉXICO)-SAN DIEGO(EUA)-LOS ÁNGELES-SAN FRANCISCO-SEATLE(EUA)-VANCOUVER(CANADÁ),JUNOT-ANCHORAGE(ALASKA ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA). EM ANCHORAGE seria o terminal da FERROVIA PANAMERICANA   ye o Inicio da FERROVIA  AMERASIANA que tería 6000 km sendo 2000 em ALASKA(ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA) y 4000 km em SIBERIA(RUSIA –ASIA),partindo de ANCHORAGE seguiría ate o -ESTRITO DE BERING que separa ALASKA de SIBERIA por apenas 80 km ,onde seria construido um túnel de 100 km já projectado .chegando em MAGADAN  o ramal principal seguiría a VLADIVOSTK onde encontraría A FERROVIA TRANSIBERIANA(MOSCOU-VLADIVOSTOK) ,TRANS COREIA(SEUL-VLADIVOSTOK)  e todos os sistema ferroviarios de ASIA e EUROPA; Em MAGADAN um ramal seguiría pelas ILHAS CURILIAS conectando também JAPÃO  podendo chegar a OKAIDO-TOKIO-HIROXIMA-NAGASAKI; outro túnel conectaría SEUL(COREIA DO SUR ) a HIROXIMA .
Quanto ARGENTINA se conectaría pe los actuais sistemas :
BUENOS AIRES-JUNIN-VILLA MERCEDES-SAN LUIS-MENDOA-LAS CUEVAS-SANTIAGO DE CHILE(FERROCARRIL GENERAL SAN MARTIN DE BUENOS ARES AL PACÍFICO).
BUENOS AIRES –NEUQUEN-TEMUCO(A SER REALIZADA).
BUENOS AIRES –BARILOCHE-PUERTO MONTT(A SER REALIADA).
BUENOSAIRES -SAN JUAN-COQUMBO(A SER REALIZADA).
BUENOS AIRES-SALTA-SOCOMPA-ANTOFAGASTA ( YA EXISTE).
BUENOS AIRES-TUCUMÁN-SALTA-JUJUY-LA QUIACA (ARGENTINA)-VILLASON(BOLIVIA)-POTOSÍ-ORURO-LA PAZ siendo necesario prolongar a PUNO(Perú)-CUZCO-MACHU PICHU-LA AROYA-LIMA.
Quanto O  BRASIL podería aproveitar os trilhos  já existentes SANTOS-SÃO PAULO-BAURÚ- CAMPO GRANDE-CORUMBÁ-PUERTO SUAREZ-SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA-SALTA-SOCOMPA-ANTOFAGASTA assím como futuro ramal SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA-LA PAZ-PUNO-AREQUIPA ILO( PERÚ)
De PORTO ALEGRE e RIO GRANDE/PELOTAS a URUGUIANA/PASO DE LOS LIBRES, sendo nescessario prolongar a CORRIENTES-RESISTENCIA-SALTA-SOCOMPA-ANTOFAGASTA.
 A FUTURA FERROVIA BI OCEANICA  que conectará PARANAGUÁ-CURITIBA-CASCAVEL-FOZ DE IGUAÇÚ-CUIDAD DEL ESTE-RESISTENCIA SALTA-SOCOMPA ANTOFAGASTA ;Como el ramal CUIDAD DEL ESTE-ASUNCIÓN PARAGUAY-FORMOSA(ARGETINA)-SALTA-SOCOMPA-ANTOFAGASTA;CHINA DESEJA FINANCIAR.

Promuevo la construcción de un FERROCARRIL PANAMERICANO de carácter mixto tanto para trenes de carga como de pasajeros de alta velocidad que circularía a 400 km por hora, lo que intensificaría el comercio y el turismo, tendría 1,60 metros de ancho.
EL FERROCARRIL PANAMERICANO tendría 25.000 km,

Lebanese elites flee as banks come under attack
